Still struggling from the effects of a narcissistic abusive relationship?... then this one day conference is for you!
Many people struggle with Narcissistic Victim Syndrome (NVS), yet in the UK, information about it remains scarce both online and in written research. Specialist counsellors and therapists are also limited. NVS is not officially recognized, and even among those who are aware of it, effective treatment strategies are not widely known. Being in a relationship with a narcissist, whether short-term or long-term, can have severe and lasting traumatic effects.
Do These Symptoms Sound Familiar?
Ruined self-confidence, doubting yourself and your sanity, mood swings, sleeplessness, extreme weight loss or weight gain, uncharacteristic jealousy/insecurity, confusion between right and wrong, extreme paranoia (becoming an obsessive detective), obsessive thinking about your ex, believing you are the abuser or at fault, constantly seeking explanations for what happened, endless crying, feelings of helplessness and despair, a desire to self-isolate, feeling desperately misunderstood, overwhelming feelings of loss and grief, extreme bouts of rage, inability to be comfortable with yourself, strange dreams, sudden, inexplicable anxiety followed by depression.
If you have experienced psychological and emotional abuse at the hands of a narcissist or psychopath, these symptoms may be all too familiar.
"Nobody Understands!"
When you try to explain your experience to people who haven't encountered a narcissist, they might deny your experience, accuse you of exaggerating, or look at you as if you are crazy. This can make you feel isolated, depressed, and doubtful about your own sanity.
"Maybe my ex is right, maybe I am wrong, maybe it really is me..."
Our one-day conference will cover various aspects of narcissistic abuse, including The Idealization-Devaluation-Discard Phase, Gaslighting, Smear campaigns, Triangulation, Codependency, The False self vs. The True self.
Book your ticket now as seats are limited and the event is expected to sell out quickly.
